With eight years of experience, I’ve gained experience in several healthcare settings, including behavioral health, home care, and long-term care facilities. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to take on different roles, from hands-on patient care to supervisory positions. I work as an MDS Coordinator, which allows me to interact with families and staff and maintain compliance with state regulations. I take pride in my attention to detail and commitment to meeting healthcare standards.

Personal Brand Story

“Since high school, I’ve harbored a strong passion for advancing my nursing education. My desire to be placed in the nursing field is driven by the aspiration to have my voice heard and actively contribute to implementing evidence-based practice.  In so doing, in 2022, I enrolled myself in a DNP program. Along this journey, I faced some temporary setbacks, but these setbacks do not define me; they are part of my ongoing journey toward my goals. I can transform negativity into positivity, refusing to let challenges keep me down for long. I am determined to achieve my personal goals, find fulfillment, and make a positive impact. Pursuing success involves setting clear, achievable goals, staying resilient in the face of challenges, learning continuously, and fostering meaningful connections.
